UYAN HÄ°DROMAKSAN, whose roots were laid in 1957 by Sinan UYAN with auto repair and renovation, has always been the pioneer of many innovations in the effort to achieve firsts and things that have not been done before in our country since its establishment. In 1963, he broke new ground in Turkey by mounting the engines of front-engined buses to the rear and started his creative adventure.
In 1966, it started manufacturing tractor-mounted front loaders, which were not produced in our country. Established in Izmir in the early 1970s, Anadolu Lift started to produce hydraulic cylinders for the CLIMAX forklift factory, and the produced cylinders were exported to England by Anadolu Lift. In 1975, UYAN Makina received its first major tender and produced 10 tractor-mounted front loaders for the Gediz Planning Organization. In 1976, again for the first time, tractor-mounted Backhoe-Loader production started, and these machines were sold to Soma and Kula municipalities. In 1980, a hydraulic basket mounted on a truck was built for the Çeşme Municipality Electricity Administration, which was also a first. In 1982, together with the Turkish Agricultural Equipment Institution (TZDK), it produced the prototype mine laying machine for the Land Forces Command. In addition to other productions between 1982 and 1992, 1,200 tractor-mounted Digger-Loader machines were produced only for TZDK.
UYAN HÄ°DROMAKSAN manufactured the 4x4 Hydrostatic Backhoe-Loader in 1984, in 1987 the 4x2 automatic transmission Backhoe-Loader, and in 1989 the 4x4 Articulated Backhoe-Loader started to be produced entirely with the efforts of Turkish engineers and workers and under the UYAN brand. Again in 1989, it made an agreement with the world-famous British company MF Industrial and added the MeFe brand to its manufacturing product.
With the shrinking economy after the April 5, 1994 crisis and the entry into force of the Customs Union agreement, UYAN HÄ°DROMAKSAN directed its operations to the production of different vehicles and machinery. The number of machines it produced and brought to the economy between 1966 and 2023 is over 7,000, and most of them are still in operation.

Tractor-mounted backhoe-loader, 4x2 and 4x4 articulated backhoe-loader with automatic transmission and hydrostatic walking system, tow rescue cranes, cranes mounted on trucks and tractors, electrical repair tools, package loaders and work machine attachments, hydraulic presses, hydraulic cylinders, piston pumps, control valves, power steering systems, etc.
Sinan Uyan's motto, "Doing what has not been done", has been our guide as the second generation. Based on this idea, we are reaching into the future with different types of machines and equipment that are not produced domestically.
